RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize Corporate and Investment Banking products and financial markets to develop and manage financial models for U.S. clients.
Create various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences.
Perform comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research.
Prepare presentations and other materials for clients.
Participate in due diligence sessions and client meetings.
Interact with financial deal team members and clients to work on execution of deals.
Model and refine various transaction scenarios and conduct valuation activities.
Conduct leverage analyses and develop scenarios of sensitivities and the impact of transactions on the investment strategies of various companies.
Develop and maintain financial models to analyze client financial stability.
Leverage industry knowledge and expertise in the Energy Sector, specifically upstream and integrated energy, to conduct company and industry research to support financial advisory using tools/systems including FactSet and Dealogic.
Assess client financials to provide cost efficient corporate finance solutions in various economic environments including commodity markets volatility, rates & currencies fluctuations, capital markets, and dislocations.
Analyze client needs and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
Utilize product knowledge across Credit, Loans, Structured Finance, Debt & Equity Capital Markets, GPS, Hedging and Financial Advisory to strategize with stakeholders in order to promote and sell to clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or related: and
2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
Developing and maintaining financial models to analyze client financial stability;
Leveraging industry knowledge and expertise in the Energy Sector, specifically upstream and integrated energy, to conduct company and industry research to support financial advisory using tools/systems including FactSet and Dealogic;

10% domestic/international travel required, as necessary.
